Struve can still pull it off. He has a really big reach and some decent power. He dropped Dave Herman with an uppercut and his chin is solid.

i think he can win if he drags the fight into the 4th and 5th rounds when Miocic will probably slow down alot but that is not Struve style. He comes to fight.
X, i think Hathaway will edge Maguire on the feet with his longer reach and he has the tdd to stop Maguire td attempt. Maguire probably needs to pull off a sub to win bc i really dont think he will KO or outpoint Hath. Its not easy to sub Hathaway tho.

Just watched Struve/Miocic and Hardy/Sadollah.

Kind of a slow first round for Struve but he fucked Miocic up in the second. I really don't know why Miocic was such a big fave in the first place.

Ugly takedowns from Hardy but they worked. Glad to see him get another win. I think we have a pretty good idea where he fits in now. He's UFC calibur . . . just not championship calibur. Match him up with the appropriate guys and he'll get wins.

Hardy looked a little soft around the midsection coming into the fight. I wonder if maybe he had an injury that prevented him from training cardio properly at some point in camp? That may explain why he went for takedowns mostly in the second and third rounds to slow the pace down when Sadollah began building momentum.

I also noticed that he didn't look in top shape. I think he started going for takedowns because the first round showed that one the feet it was just too close so he decided to switch it up.

Outside of the first round I thought Hardy started to pull away in striking. He was landing better and really working that fade away left hook for some success. I really think the takedowns early on were to negate the pace that Amir pushes so Hardy could catch his breath because he looked really tired, at least for Hardy, going in the third round.

Bullshit, in my opinion, both for Johnson AND Attonito. WTF would Attonito be cut for that? He tried, couldn't make the weight, as said as much. Silva had plenty of time to simply find another fighter, which he did, in Johnson.
