I think Belcher can win it. His takedown defense is pretty decent and his striking is decent enough to make for a competitive fight on the feet with Bisping. I don't really know who the better striker is to be honest. I think Belcher could have done better against Okami than he did. I remember him getting taken down a lot because he kept going for guillotines.

Bisping is probably the "better" striker, but Belcher is probably the more dynamic fighter. If he just kickboxes for 3 rounds, Belcher will probably lose. But if he fights smart and mixes it up he might be able to pull off the win.
