I watched the strange Aoki/McKee fight and the Manhoef obliteration.

What happened during the McKee fight? I saw the result was submission due to "punch."

That's lame. And not sure from the description who won round 1.

I would like to see a rematch with a conventional ending because I want to know if I was right to see value in McKee.

Interesting fight. The first round was quite close and I have no idea how the Japanese judges would've scored it.

In between rounds McKee touched his eye so I think it might have already been fucked up from that first punch Aoki landed.

Flukey ending and it was very competitive until the end so I'd like to see a rematch.

The only time I though McKee scored was the slam. Aoki won rd 1 pretty clearly IMO. I read that McKee said he went blind in the eye from the punch, which is why he was acting weird.

Damn McKee is the definition of LNP. That guy just hunkers down in guard and waits for the bell.

I thought the grappling looked pretty even, perhaps slight edge to Aoki. But McKee landed what at least LOOKED like the only meaningful strikes in the first with the side kick and the knee.
