I think he trained with Rorion. I did some googling and it sounds like he had no training up until his first movei. After that he started training. Apparently he did some drugs at some point and thought he could beat up Royce Gracie.

I know in the video he said he trained with Tadashi Yamashita, but he probably did that on set or perhaps during pre-production. Yamashita played the Black Star Ninja in American Ninja 1.

It is already mainstream. Like half the guys at my gym are on it now, and I hear commercials all the time "Is it low T?" No, it isn't, you're just a little bitch (would be my response if anyone every asked me).
