Ok so:

Marcus Davis on Bellator prelims..interesting. He must have got on the card because of the location of this event.

Prindle vs Rogers is going to be hilarious.

Ryan Martinez is a fat guy that ended up beating Mark Ellis by decision. If he was able to do that, I think he will be able to not get smothered by Travis "I can't take a jab to the chin" Wiuff.

I was thinking about betting davis if he comes in as a dog. He is 39 now though and although I haven't seen spiritwolf fight I get the impression he is a handful. How much does davis have left in the tank?

Marucs really didn't do that bad in the ufc. He is old though. If he is a dog...I will be on him.

I just looked Davis up. Didn't realize he was 4-1 since getting cut, including a win over Pete Spratt. I've always liked to him, so I hope he wins. What really sucks for him is that he was actually whoopin Jeremy Stephens' ass before getting caught. If only he had made it another couple of minutes he might still be in the UFC today.

Yes I remember this. He was competitive with Diaz for the first round as well. Then Diaz took over. He isn't that bad. I think he beat lytle IIRc and had a close fight with Hardy. He is a good boxer but he's getting old and Spiritwolf seems like a brawler. I haven't seen any of his fighs though. I just don't want to take an old guy against some young kid that swings for the fences.

I think Stephens did get KOd in a kickboxing event like a year ago as well. And he KOd by Stephens. So he obviously doesn't have the best chin. But from what I know of Spiritwolf, Davis should be the more technical fighter.

Yeah I came to the same conclusion about technique as well. Seems like a risky bet though. If stephens is +200 I'll bet him.
