Yeah I remember the same thing. He was apathetic. I remember Pat Militech saying "Lawler is a beast when he is trying to be" or something to that effect. It's actually something that sticks out in my mind. I wonder if he is one of those guys that is semi motivated. He looked really impressive against Koscheck, that's for sure.

Lawler is really overrated standing. Loses to many a good striker. He caught a glass chinned Manhoef who was destroying him with leg kicks only. Also he doesnt use his wrestling offensively ever.
Siyar is supposedly a good striker from Overeems camp iirc. Getting grapple fucked by Stun gun happens to lots of fighters.Comment

Yeah getting top control decision'd by Stun Gun is pretty much going to happen to anyone not in the top ten and even a few guys in the top ten. No shame in it really, especially for a guy not known as a grappler. Stun Gun is kind of like Yushin Okami in that he's an ultra technical top control grappler.2013: +8.24u(increased unit size on 5/19)

The first change the UFC announced that that the heavyweight matchup between Matt Mitrione and Brendan Schaub has officially been scratched from the event after an injury to Mitrione left Schaub without an opponent.
The first new matchup takes place in the welterweight division, as Siyar Bahadurzada pulled out of his fight with Robbie Lawler and now Lawler will take on Bobby Voelker.
The next switcheroo came in the lightweight division, as Bobby Green is injured and out of his matchup against Danny Castillo. Now it’s Castillo vs. Tim Means
And the last change also affected a middleweight matchup as Spencer Fisher is out of his fight against Yves Edwards and now Edwards will take on Daron Cruickshank.
