I think Rory's biggest weakness from what we have seen in his fights is his takedown defense and it's not even that bad. Robbie Lawler isn't the guy to exploit that.

Rashad flops against better strikers in my mind. Every fight Rashad loses is based off the striking. Machida and Nog were bad matchups. Nog did surprise but I think his striking made the difference. Chael doesn't have the striking edge nor the grappling edge. Rashad is a lock imo.
