Because it is a very high caliber fight and not a mismatch at all. I am surprised this isn't replacing Reem/Mir as the UFC 167 co-main event.

Well Stout's coming off a loss and has been W-L-W-L for the past few fights, and McKenzie won his last fight and is looking for a step up in comp so it's not like it's totally crazy or anything.
