He might not gas as hard. He weighed in at 255.5 for his last fight. I think he flat out has too much muscle mass for his frame. That is why he gasses so hard. At 240 he wouldn't have to carry as much weight. His fights at 205 wouldn't be any indicator of how he would perform because he had to cut weight then. Probably a lot of it.
