He did, and as a matter of fact, that was the first movie I ever saw him in and the first movie where I said, "I gotta keep an eye on this guy." He's an awesome martial artist and a good actor.

Im leaning towards Cain as well.

Nog looked like shit since he came to the UFC. I think Cain can stay out of subs, and out work Nog for a decision.

I love Nog, he is one of the greats. I know im not telling anyone anything they already dont know, but looking at his last few fights:

Herring: Should have been KO'd. I still dont know WTF Heath was doing.

Sylvia: I was on Sylvia that night. He was tagging Nog up the whole fight, dropping him a couple times too. He just got cute, and choked out.

Mir: Zombie Nog? I dont think it would have mattered.

Couture: I actually thought Nog would win, but seeing Couture the last 2 times out, that win doesnt really impress me.

The only thing keeping me from jumping on Cain now, is the lack of fights/experience. Nog might have one more "pull a sub out his ass" performance in him.

I might just get on Joe daddy and Wandy.

Does "sick" mean "won't pass a drug test?" When do fighters get tested? Only after a fight? Or do they submit before? Kinda curious. . .
