I'm not saying Stevenson was winning this one either. I'm just saying calling Stevenson a bum is a tad overboard, especially when he's fighting in a country halfway around the world from his home against a guy who hails from said country. It's not like he flew from California to Nevada, this was a 25 hour flight to a place where he was the visitor. I'm not making excuses but someone who's from Brazil coming to the USA is a tad different compared to an american fighter traveling over an entire day's flight to a country that has only hosted the UFC one other time to fight an Australian fighter can weigh in on a fighter.

However, Joe got schooled on the ground and got bested on the feet as well. I'm not taking anything away from Sotiropolous here. I just refuse to call Stevenson a bum in light of this fight.

Oh take the bum thing with a grain of salt I call everyone a bum.

If the fight was close and George won I'd say the fight being at his home has some impact but this fight could have in Joe living room and he would have lost
