I especially hate it when it becomes "put my hand down and you can't kick me."

I think the butt-scoot-chase is not allowed because, when combined with the banning of stomps and soccer kicks to the head, you could really end up with a farce of a fight where one guy chases the other around the ring scooting on his butt for the whole fight.

He was gracious in defeat though, and he did have the balls to come over here and fight in the first place, so I guess I have to give him that.
