Round 2 - Brown jabs early and misses with a wide hook before moving into the clinch. Double underhooks for Brown,This nigga is crazy, but he's really just pressing into the cage. Boetsch lands an uppercut to the gut. They break the stalemate one minutes in. Traded jabs. Boetsch lands to the body. Brown jabs again and kicks to the leg. Boetsch moving his head well and creating angles, but this is not a firefight. Boetsch leads with a knee. Brown breathing heavily, nigga looks gassed to me. Brown with a lazy kick that's held momentarily by Boetsch. Boos through the arena. Boetsch moves into the clinch behind a knee. There only momentarily. Boetsch kicks to the thigh. Brown lands a nice head kick. Jabs by both. Brown with an outside leg kick. Boetsch light and moving around. Brown working a jab but little else. Crescent kick from Brown, who looks comfortable. Round 3 - Brown takes the center. Boetsch misses with a high kick. Brown moving his hands around quite a bit. Boetsch kicks the legs. Boetsch telegraphs a takedown and Brown just steps away. Brown moves into the clinch one minute in. Boetsch spins away and they break. Jabs traded. Boetsch ducks in for a single leg and gets it. Boetsch briefly holds an arm-triangle choke from the top, but he lets it go. Brown backs up to the cage, and Boetsch wraps his left arm around the neck. Boetsch can't get the choke, but he is on top. Brown scrambles underneath, but Boetsch controls the head from north-south. He spins to the side, and Brown works back to his feet. They break with a little less than two minutes. Right for Boetsch and his cut has opened back u. Bot in the eye though Brown's right cheek marked up. Brown sticks with the jab, but not much zip there. Boetsch using combinations. Not terribly powerful but scoring points. Brown into the clinch, and Rosales doesn't let it stay there long. Driving double-leg from Boetsch lands and probably seals the fight. Brown with guard underneath, but there's not much time, Punches from the top until the bell, and MMAjunkie.com gives the round to Boetsch, but to be honest, who gives a shit, 10-9, as well as the fight, 29-28.

Well i am up so far. I'm thinking of putting some of my winnings into hughes and or jon fitch. I have them already but I won 200 bucks on Hallman. I think Fitch is a really good bet..Alves is smaller than he used to be( I think his strength helped him avoid takedowns before), he had trouble making weight so he might be dehyrated/worn out, and he hasn't fought in a year..

                    Thoughts/opinions?

On Hughes/Almeida. Hughes beat him in ADCC, a long time ago I know but he should be able to get the takedown easily I would think..and if Aleida couldnt even beat him before how can he sub him now? BTW, Hughes is only 36 now, he isn't 40 or anywhere near there yet...Has Almeida ever KO'd anyone standing?

Yeah I just looked him up, he's only won by submission or decision...but he is a 3rd degree black belt under Renzo..but Hughes beat him in ADCC. When you look at Almeida's ADCC credentials he has done very well though..
