Everyone is tied up if they are going to give Jones a contender. I am guessing Thiago Silva if he isn't sidelined too long. Or maybe winner of Lil Nog/Bader? I don't think they will have him fight Franklin or Griffin.
Once Jones shores up his holes he's going to be a monster.
I honestly don't see a lot of holes. The Bonnar fight indicated that maybe he has a cardio problem, but other than that he's just walked through everyone.

Well he's still begging to be armbarred when he's on top. His striking still needs a lot of work. He throws more spinning back fists and back kicks than Alexander Schlemenko.
He's walked through everyone he was able to get on top of. He was arguably losing the standup to Jake O'Brien.

I don't know man.
I'd need to watch again, but I can't remember him even losing to striking battle to anyone.
He's pretty green on the feet. He's just flashy and fast. I'm not saying the guy isn't already a monster, I'm just saying he's going to get a lot better.
Spinning back fists are not a bad thing, it's only a bad thing when that's the only thing you throw.

What impresses me the most is the extent to which Jones has been able to ragdoll other supposedly good wrestlers.
Yeah he just seems to be able to toss everyone around. Honestly, I think a lot of it has to do with his freakish reach. He's almost dragging his knuckles on the mat in there.

Relax. You don't have to defend Taekwando's honor.
LOL
I'm just saying that sometimes people figure out how to use unconventional tactics effectively. Machida did. I think Jones has. Maybe you could say that Zaromskis has.
I mean, Denis Siver knocks guys out with spinning back kicks. Maybe most guys can't do that, but in his hands, it's a deadly weapon.
