Cashing out

I have a 5 dimes account as well as a bodog account. I plan on cashing out soon, provided I win some money.. Anyways, how do you guys generally go about this? As far as cashing checks go I mean. Will any banks take them? I have heard about money getting seized by the government from peoples accounts before..back in 2008 I believe. You can search for it on the internet. I know bank of america allowed it, as well as paypal. How about check cashing stations? Anyone have experience with those?

I take them to my bank and say "deposit this" and thats all there is too it. Never had a problem
