I think the doctor stopped it because after the round Lashley wasnt getting up because he was out of it

It looks like Lashley quit. I think there's a rule about not getting up to go to your stool or something like that. He basically didn't stand up to make his way to the stool and so the Doctor said "this guy has too many muscles, fight's off"
