I'm looking at some fights now, but from first look Jensen is a team quest fighter with some good wrestling despite not wrestling in college from the looks of it. He will probably try to sprawl and brawl against Lamas (d3 ncaa all america/purple belt). Lamas will probably want to fight on the ground he may be able to get it there. Both look like up and comers with strong records, I probably won't make a play though.

I just watched lamas v casmir and lamas striking looks pretty damn good as well. I don't really see a path to victory for jensen... maybe top control ud, but I doubt it.

Ok poopoo.

I am on Paixao. I have a lot of really persuasive reasons:

1) Paixao lost a wrongly scored split decision to Cole Province. Province is a 4X DII AA, and a 2x DII champion. Really good wrestler. Paixao won, but got screwed. Then Province tested positive and it was a NC. See PBP here, and SD gave the fight to Paixao... decision was booed: http://www.sherdog.com/news/news/WEC-42 ... Play-19010

2) Generic bjj comment.

3) I think Paixao may actually have a striking and takedown advantage too. Caraway is a grappler, he is not going to do shit to Paixao, except maybe be on top position while losing the grappling match.

I need to go back and watch some tape, but when I first saw the line my thought was that Lamas might be worth a play. Jansen looked decent against Crunkilton, while 16-3, doesn't have any wins over guys that I know anything about. Shalorus clearly beat Jansen, though. Lamas also has a wrestling background, so he may be able to sprawl and brawl, and I do think his striking will be better than Jansen's.

That is basically what I saw, but I never really looked at Caraway except for his last fight against Hominick and I saw most of his fights are against guys with bad records.
