Check out Ishida vs. Alvarez. In Mexico. Alvarez is a nice dog play here for sure. Might drop 2 or 3 units on him.


BTW, Alvarez is Sauls brother.

the more I think about it, I think this line is just plain wrong.

Alvarez won by split decision.

here is what my boxing pro tells me:

You have Klitchko vs Shannon Briggs this weekend.

Think should be another stoppage victory for the Klits. Basically Shannons only path to victory is a lucky punch. Shannon is built like a bulldozer, but posses the stamina of a 10 yr old. I figure he should be pretty tired by the time he's walked to the ring. Klit is going to stop Shannon. Now i have had a look around at the odds.

1.20 - Fight does not go the distance (paddy power)
1.22 - Klit wins by stoppage (paddy power)

I did get klit for 1.3 (Betfair, its an exchange). I figure if the odds are not that great i will probably put some more money on the fight not going the distance just incase xmas comes early for shannon.

Currently i have done the following

2u - klit by stoppage
2u - Fight does not go distance

Will probably throw down another 4 units closer to the fight pending what the odds say


forgot you have Lucian Bute (1.08) vs Jesse Brinkley (11)

Bute wins this anyway he wants to I know Jesse has improved, but i do not view him as world class. I did think the odds are slightly in too much favor of Bute as I think he is overatted but he should have more then enough for Jesse. Will probably do a parlay with this and klit"

I pretty much agree with everythinghe said. Vitali should win by stoppage. And Bute SHOULD win, but that line is obscene.

Tarver has alot of question marks, and he should win, BUT I am thinking about a small bet on Nagy.

Hughes has NEVER faced anyone as good as Arthur(not that he is great). But that line might be a tad off.

I am starting to think the Klit-Briggs fight may go fairly deep...at least 9 rounds...maybe even a decision for Klit.

Klit has not stopped someone before the last 3rd of the fight in some time. And Briggs is pretty tough, and may fight a pretty conservative fight. I might take a stab at the over here.

Kinda went the way I expected. Klit dominated but took no unnecessary risks. He really has become more like his younger brother. the over might become the right play on most of his upcoming fights. if priced accordingly.
