With two wins in three fights in the UFC, Rogério “Minotouro” Nogueira revealed he wanted to return to the as soon as possible, but it looks like he’ll have to wait until 2011. According to souces close to his camp, Nogueira will face the former UFC light heavyweight champion Tito Ortiz, who lost four of his last five fights, in 2011. TATAME.com called Rogerio, who didn’t confirmed the news, but revealed he also heard Ortiz’s name. “I’ve heard some rumors of this fight, but there’s nothing signed. In my last fight they said about (Quinton) Rampage and they changed to Ryan Bader”, Nogueira said. Stay tuned for more news about the UFC.

Re: Nogueira vs. Tito Ortiz in the works for 2011
Although Tito Ortiz lost a lopsided unanimous decision to Matt Hamill at UFC 121, plummeting his record to 0-4-1 over his last five contests, it appears “The Huntington Beach Bad Boy’s” controversial UFC career will continue on.
Today, company president Dana White confirmed with MMAJunkie.com that Ortiz will meet Antonio Rogerio Nogueira in a yet-to-be announced event in March 2011.
The former light heavyweight champ holds a respectable 15-8-1 record, with all but one of his scraps coming inside the Octagon. However, it can be argued the soon-to-be 36-year-old hasn’t posted a significant win since taking a split decision from Vitor Belfort at UFC 51 back in February 2005.
Little Nog suffered a convincing unanimous decision loss to Ryan Bader in his last outing. Prior to UFC 119, the Brazilian was riding a seven-fight win streak, which included UFC victories over Luiz Cane and Jason Brilz, respectively.
According to the report, the United Arab Emirates, possibly in Abu Dhabi, will likely host a show in March. As of now, that is the only rumored event for the month and it appears the fight card will be dubbed UFC 128.

Tito could beat someone with no takedown defense. His shot is not very good anymore. I bet he could beat Cyrille Diabate or someone like that.
UFC hates lil Nog though. Why do they keep giving him all these wrestlers?
Tito has not beaten a non Ken Shamrock in a long long time.2012: +19.33

Yeah what is the deal with that, does he run out of gas? Maybe he just stinks. He has basically no standup. He used to just take guys down and beat on them. Now people can wrestle.1 unit = 300 $Comment
