Any thoughts on the Roberts-Patrick fight? I dont know much about them at all other than they are both primarily grapplers.

I think Roberts has the edge. They are both grapplers but Roberts should have the takedown edge. He has also been in there with better competition...

There was also the Diego Sanchez one right after BJ Penn stopped him, and the Overeem kicking the little girl. Since then I've stopped using a sig at all since I have the YTD on it.

I guess Watson is a threat on the mat, but I don't recall him having the best TDs. I may be wrong. Makdessi is going to be the better striker and apparently he was able to stuff and beat the fuck out of Pat Audinwood at UFC 124. I lost money on that one thinking Audinwood would be able to bring it to the mat.

Watson is a wrestler/bjj guy (apparently he is Hughes' bjj coach)... he was on TUF. His hands suck though, if he can't get Makdessi down, he is dead in the water. His takedowns are decent though... I haven't seen enough of Makdessi to bet him.

I like Roberts and Garza at those odds. I might make a small play there.

FYI, Roberts has been training with the Cesar Gracie team... Patrick looks legit too though, they are really evenly matched. Patrick 13-1 with 9 subs, Roberts is 12-1 with 9 subs. Both are black, so they can box. Roberts has the wrestling base though. But at +130... I am probably going to go for that.

After 5 minutes of thought, I am going to pass on Garza though.

grappler beats the striker theory. Garza has a solid bjj game and he is a huge FW.
