UFC veteran Jens Pulver defeated Mike Lindquist on January 22nd, 2011 at XFO 38 via rear naked choke only 0:49 into the first round. Pulver, who has seen his fair share of losses prior to this match looks to make it two in a row as he primes himself to headline Chicago Cagefighting Championship III on March 5th, 2011 at the Odeum in Villa Park, IL.
The event is co-headlined by ex-WEC Champion Chase Beebe and also features fan favorite Felice Herrig who tries to climb back into the win column after a tough decision loss to Barb Honchak. The undercard has a slew of up and coming MMA Professionals looking to make a name for themselves and should be exciting from start to finish!

Beebe has largely rebounded from his slide and is 3-1 in his last 4. He's also an ex-WEC champ.

This should be no cakewalk for Pulver. I hope he brings it, and wins. One thing I don't like though is that Pulver's biggest problem is his sub defense and the vast majority of Beebe's wins are by sub. Jens needs to be careful and bust out an old school Lil' Evil knockout.
