I had a while to think about this. So Dana makes fun of Strikeforce every chance he gets, laughs when Hendo and Fedor lose , says no one is watching Strikeforce and then buys them........what a douche .If Dana isnt going to merge the two org. quickly then I think this was a dumb idea


I doubt Fedor wants to fight in the UFC but I could be wrong.

The UFC can only promote so many fighters and put on so many fights. Eventually, they are going to shut down SF, and we are going to be left with a buch of free agents again and fewer fights. Just like the Pride acquisition.

There needs to be a second big time org, IMO.

That said, I am excited to see the SF HW's and the other guys in the mix, Hendo, Feijao, Babalu, Mo, Mousasi, Kennedy, Jacare, Mayhem, Lawler... those are quality acquisitions. Cormier's path the the UFC belt just got less complicated.
