^^ pretty much. Was only a .25u bet, a shot in the dark... just having some fun. They both came out OK on the event, so I don't think their feelings will be too hurt. Not like it is some amazing prediction, it was the only dog bet in the parlay.

I approve, same could be said about Russow vs. Madsen. I said multiple times last week that I didn,t think madsen was a good bet since Russow was underrated and a DIv. 1 wrestler.
I think it's wiseman that had Madsen in pretty much all of his huge parlays. Without that Madsen bet, he would have made a lot a money

^^ Yeah, I like going back after the event and looking at what was said prior to the fights. It is sort of surprising how accurate it is a lot of time. Madsen/Russow is a great example. Most of us (including me) thought Madsen would win, but thought it would take place on the feet and clinch and that Russow had some value. I like to look and see what would have happened if on different guys' bets. I don't always have the time or inclination to do it, but it is a slow morning... so I have been looking over everyone's results.

Yeah I was on Madsen as well. He screwed my night up. I guess Russow getting beaten up the entire Duffee fight took away some of the luster from his win. Also Madsen was a wrestling champ in college, I thought he would use it a lot more effectively. Also, I didn't think he would gas. I didn't see the weigh in video either, last time I do that. He had a big fat belly. I guess I must have undervalued Russow as well but I think it was mostly me thinking Madsen was way better than he really is.

There's also the fact that Duffee really doesn't seem to be the beast that people were thinking he was. I was saved by the steep odds on Madsen (at least by the time I saw the line). I was prepared to bet on him if he came in around +150 or so, which is where I thought it might.

Yeah, I had my line set at -170 I think. I probably still would not have bet it, but I would have seriously considered Madsen there.

been looking at Russow/Madsen... I don't like that bet FWIW. Madsen will probably win, but Russow's wrestling is just as good as Madsen's. And since they are HW's takedowns are even more difficult. They have trained together as well, both are members of Lesnar's camp...

It is probably going to come down to cardio and striking/clinching. I think Madsen is more powerful and will win, but I don't like it at those odds. I would put Madsen at like -170.

Well Madsen beat Vemola who is a beast. He did beat him by putting him on his back over and over again, but he did beat him anyway. He can't be that bad
