Are there flaws in diaz's striking? sure. but daley primarily knocks out grapplers. He has fought two guys with above average standup games (kampmann and masvidal) one was tko'd and the other hung with him and arguably won that fight. I'm just saying that Diaz should be able to defend and counter the left hook if he's been training properly.

Daley knocked out Duane Ludwig, Martin Kampmann, and Scott Smith as far as I know(in the striker department). I'm sure there can be arguments made about why each one isn't that significant but one thing about Daley is he has huge huge power. He can knock out anyone with one punch if he catches them right. I do think Diaz holds the cards in this one though and I am considering a bet on him. There might be some Parlay action tonight.

I think the key to Diaz's success lies in the Masvidal fight.

Diaz might have to put some work into it, but I'm sure he can get Daley down. And once he does, a sub should be imminent.
