            Just don't do what I did and blow a +8u profit on the year in three events. It sucks, but I'm still fighting the good fight!
            2013: +8.24u(increased unit size on 5/19)

                What's suprising is that it took you 3 full events to do it. I've done close to that on one.

                    It happened in three consecutive events none of which I bet a huge favorite in. I literally went 2-6 at 130.

                        I think I went 1-6 or 1-7 at 118.

                        It's a terrible feeling. I mean, statistically speaking you should do better flipping a coin.

                            No shit. I felt like there was almost no possible way to go 2-6 in a single event. On straight bets I went 1-5 in there. I felt like a total asshole.

                                I think at the end of the day you have to just accept that meltdown events will happen. It happened before, and it will happen again. Just make sure you do your research and pay attention to bankroll management. This should minimize the effect of the swings.

                                With that said, it totally sucks and I hope it never happens again.
