Just a quick look at records makes me think that Roddy might be worth a play, but most of his wins have come over guys with losing records and most of Davis's losses are to guys with decent records.

Pretty much all the problems come from events that take place outside of the US where there's no commission to oversee everything. If this event is taking place in the United States and they have been successful enough thus far to put on 10 of them then I wouldn't be too worried from that perspective.
