I'd actually be willing to take an even money bet that MM won't take Cruz down even once.

He might be able to do it, but he won't be able to hold him down long enough to steal any rounds imo. Damacio Page had MM on his back as well in round 1 and was in total control of the fight. Then Page got kicked in the nuts/gassed and got choked out in round 3. Ok I am pretty convinced Cruz is going to win.

I agree. I wouldn't go so far as to call it David VS Goliath, but it's not far off.

Basically I think that MM has to take Cruz down to win and he can't do it. So he loses.

The size advantage Cruz has will play a huge role imo. MM should be fighting at flyweight. Cruz will be able to hold MM down most likely (sort of like Pickett did) and should win all the battles in the clinch against the cage due to his size. I think on the feet there is going to be tons of movement and lots of strikes thrown with both guys landing some nice shots. I can't wait for this fight, it's crazy that this shit is free.

I would definitely take Cruz up to -300 and maybe beyond, so I'm hoping he comes in at that or better. I fear he'll be -400 or worse, though.

He's going to be pulling GSP/Aldo lines soon.

I wonder what the line will be? I am not sure what line I would bet Cruz at yet. If MM is a big dog at like +250 or worse then it is worth a play imo.

MM may have some technical advantage in terms of speed but I think it will be nullified by Cruz being Cruz. Cruz is a BIG bantamweight and MM is a tiny one. And unlike Torres (who I think beat MM) Cruz has awesome T3D.

I've been watching Might Mouse's fights, and I actually think this fight may be pretty close if Johnson can handle Cruz's big size advantage in this fight. MM has some great scrambles, and I think he will be the first fighter that has the edge in speed that Cruz has fought. Cruz should win, but I really won't be too surprised if this is a real competitive fight. Regardless, this fight is going to be awesome.

Yeah, Cruz has this all day and night because Mighty Mouse will not be able to outwrestle him, and that's MM's game.

I like mighty mouse as a fighter but Cruz should win.

I blame the low numbers on it being 4th of July weekend not Faber and Cruz.

A title fight on a free card? Good for the fans, I guess, but that shows some serious disrespect to the champ.

Anyone know the buy rate for the Cruz/Faber card?
Heard it was around 350k buys
