I don't think Struve can take him down. But Struve could win by Werduming him. That is really his only out IMO.

Yeah, Barry's striking is actually quite competent, probably moreso than he gets credit for.

While his K-1 record is lackluster (3-5-1) his overall kickboxing record is quite good (18-6-1). Also, according to Wiki, he is also quite accomplished in San Shou, having been a member of the US National Team and even traveling to China and being designated the "True Shaolin Warrior of the West" by the Shaolin Temple, which I was totally unaware of.

true. He will have a very hard time getting him to the ground though I would think. He could pull guard, but Barry would probably just get away. Struve should get annihilated in the stand up though. I don't know how he gets through barrys strikes. Barry by TKO/KO is a good good bet.
