Well, that fight didn't have two completed rounds, so it would be an NC regardless. You still may be right, though.

the Lentz/Aloe Vera fight had a blatant foul blow. This was incidental on both parts.

I'd be in favor of clarifying the rules to state that if a headbutt is truly accidental then it shouldn't have any bearing on the fight, as it's an honest and incidental consequence of mutual combat. But if they did they we'd probably have fools intentionally headbutting their opponents in the hopes that they can just get away with it.

Oh yeah, that's true. The question then is why wasn't the Lentz fight turned into a victory for Lentz? Maybe it was only an NC because, as zY suggested, the foul was missed.

If I remember correctly, it's reasonable to assume that Oliveira thought Lentz was off his knees. A fight is only a DQ if it was intentional.

Exactly. There's no clear intent, so I see it as the exact same thing, considering both were clear fouls.
