Why is "not cerrone by sub" on -420? His overall line is -290. Do the bookmakers really think that Cerrone is that likely to submit Diaz? I am considering a massive value dumo there. Although it could happen, I see that as more like -2500. Diaz just fought in Mundials, and although he did not medal, he gave teh eventual champion a very good fight. He has only been subbed once, by Hermes Franca, back when Diaz was a blue belt under Cesar. I doubt very much that Cerrone is going to get his triangle/armbar on Diaz, which is pretty much his only combination.

In a lot of fights, if he hurts them with a strike he will actually prefer to swarm in position for a sub instead of just swinging away for a tko. A good idea imo because if the opponent is truely hurt a sub should be very easy to obtain. Also, you don't risk swinging your arms out and tiring if you dont get the stopage. Still though, the line is a little off imo. GL!

It may come as a shock to you, but growing up I was always vaguely interested in boxing. I'm also pretty sure that right around that time my friend Brian (who I went to watch the fight with) and I had watched the HBO "Tyson" movie with Michael Jai White together. We both found it to be pretty inspiring, really.

Anyway, "going to watch the Tyson fight" sounded like a totally bad ass thing to do at the time. Bear in mind that I was actually not really into MMA then.
