Second, it is not even accurate, if you read the actual story, the report says his escort rushed over to stop a scuffle that might have happened (because Monson is known to scuffle with police).

Basically the story is this "According to Russia, Jeff Monson once fought with police, and therefore his escort kept a close eye on him while in Russia."
