Anyone got money on the 2008 election??

Just wondering if anyone has any money on the election? I have about 3 units on Obama at -130 and was going to put a little more on him today and seen it was up to -330 in 2 weeks !!!!! WTF happened so drastic besides Palin looking like a fool in the debate but I didnt think that would push it from -130 to -330.

I am still kicking myself because I was going to take Biden for VP at +825 2 days before he got picked and chickened out .I had my bet ready and all I had to do is hit submit but I am a moron and chickened out.

Obama is pulling away in the polls and experts say he doesnt even need Ohio now to win.

I took a chance at -130 but after seeing how much he is gaining in the polls was going to put more money down today just to see -330 . At the odds now its not worth the bet because I think these odds are right on . I'd say if McCain get to +400 it would be worth it at that price

I took Obama at 12/1 last nov 4th, think I can hedge at 3-1 if McCain can hang on til the election, 10-1 if not, lol

I took it hoping for the opportunity to hedge him out for a guar-t profit. Now it is just a matter of when, and how much. I was hoping Nailin Palin was gonna shot the ticket in the foot and get 5-1 right after the debate.

Don't keep up with it, not even sure I could tell you who was running.. don't vote, don't care (whatever happens is going to be just that). My one vote will never make a difference IMHO. All I pay attention to is my family, job, sports investing and living the good life (also throw my cars in there somewhere lol). Don't give one shit about politics I only adjust to what's thrown at me.. it's worked so far and I'm not changing.

I mean seriously all these experts already know which way 80% of states are going to vote before the voting day. There are only a few states where its a toss up (8 I think) but I happen to live in one of those. I dont see why anyone under 60 would vote if they already know who won there state. For old people voting is one of there top outings of the year.
