WILL IS CHILL - Trainer O'Hagan moves this horse down the ladder based on class rating points to face a lower class field. Look for a strong race in this race. Have to like the way O'Hagan has raced this gelding back into shape off the layoff. Horse is well spotted in this sprint and I think he'll run well today. In his last race, this gelding showed good speed then fell back before finishing nicely. Lets try to beat the morning-line choices with this gelding. Just missed last out, but ran a decent race. ARISTOCRACY - Gelding is a few starts into a come back here. Should give a big performance today. Brown drops him down to this class level. You don't need too much more knowledge to believe this animal will be one to beat at this level. JUMEIRAH COAST - The June 27th event at Century Mile was at a class level of (79). Dropping down the class ladder significantly, so he should be in a good position. Popular angle - 3rd or 4th start after a vacation generally leads to a big effort. Today could be the day.

CALI CONQUEST - Can't bet on this steed in today's sprint of 7 furlongs. Hasn't even finished in the money in a short distance affair of late. MAGNIFICENT MARIO - 9/2 odds isn't enough for this entrant when scrutinizing the most recent outings. Not likely that this less than sharp equine can be victorious in this sprint after not displaying early zip in that last route affair. HOLY EMPEROR - Just can't invest in this steed. Didn't show me anything positive last time out or on June 7th. The Brain cautions me to keep my distance from thoroughbreds in sprint affairs that haven't hit the board in short distance affairs recently.

GUEST COMMENTARY: Winston - ARISTOCRACY - Put a prime bet on this gelding. Tops in earnings per start and has a lot more to offer as well.

LOUISIANA BOSS - You always have to be on the patrol for money making jock/handler duos; we have one right here. The most dangerous animal in racing is the lone speed horse. If they let him get away early they probably won't catch him. That 70 fig this gelding recorded in his last race tells me he's a big time player this time. Finished fourth at Evangeline Downs last out. Was close at the end and at odds of 8/1 in this event, he looks like a possible contender. GIRLIE'S MAX - Nieves comes to ride again after getting to know the gelding in the last contest. Ran last time out against a high class rated field at Evangeline Downs. The move to a lower level should suit him well. Ranks at the top in earnings per race. A dominant try today can augment the lifetime total. PASKETEE - Really have to figure this horse is going to be on the money near the finish line.

CUSTOM CADILLAC - This pony has been letting down the bettors as the favorite time and time again. Tough to put any money on this gelding on the top end. Likes to finish in the money though.
