Nestor Cortes has been on the IL for most of this season and was a decent trade pickup for the Padres. Cortes is now healthy and looking to make an immediate impact with San Diego. The Diamondbacks have struggled lately as their slugging percentage is down, and they are not as good against lefties as they are against right-handed pitchers. The Padres have the best bullpen in baseball, while Arizona is one of the worst. San Diego is playing much better and will look to take the rubber match in this three-game series. Take the Padres.
