Sheehan/Mederos
Angels pitcher Victor Mederos will make his first career start due to injuries in the Angels’ rotation. Right off the bat, the Dodgers have the advantage, as Emmet Sheehan is a more established pitcher. Both starters are young, but Mederos has been inconsistent in his limited innings. Walks tend to equal a lot of extra runs. Neither bullpen has flourished, but the Angels’ bullpen is much weaker. It’s a good spot to take the run line. Look for Los Angeles to make up for their embarrassing performance yesterday, where they couldn’t get on the board until mop-up time. Take the Dodgers -1.5 runs -125.Comment
