Mahoning Valley - Race #1

#3 Stepnoski	I expected a lot better from him last time around, but he also didn't have the cleanest go that day and could find a really good spot while racing up close in a group without a ton of speed.
#5 Now Teddy	Solid finishing effort in the last one suggests he's probably in the frame with these if he can hold his form. Top choice should get the jump on him.
#1 Scaredy Catness	He steps into the local special weight spot after flashing brief pace and fading in the first two career starts. May not be out of the question if he can control the tempo from the inside.
Race Summary	Stepnoski can probably get a decent forward run here, and the price should be better than it was last time around with that clunker on the page now.

Mahoning Valley - Race #9

#8 Big Ginger	She and the rail player are the serious pace, and this one should be able to attack the entire way and then just try to avoid getting eyeballed late.
#7 Absolute Miracle	Tactical type should find a good spot watching the pace players settle the early score, and she has traded recent decisions with the top choice. One of the ones, just maybe at an underlaid price.
#9 Fast N Happy	She's got some pretty honest finishing form on her page, and I don't think finding two lengths on Absolute Miracle is out of the question.
Race Summary	Big Ginger should have every chance to lead into the lane after prompting the rail pace, and I'm hoping she can dart clear and stay on as she is known to do when she gets her way in the lane.

Mahoning Valley - Race #10

#8 Pretty Prizes	I don't know -- there isn't a whole lot to get excited about on paper in here, and she has at least turned in a few snappy works along the way. Starting my work by checking her out on the tote and track.
#4 Franchetti	She was in the mix throughout in the last one and just came up short, but she can build on that first career try and prove tough if she can sustain her run even just a tiny bit better today.
#6 Mo Thunder	She showed some life last out when flashing pace and staying on well, and something similar might be enough to land another share. Don't trust her a whole lot, but I wouldn't argue with anyone thinking she gets a piece.
Race Summary	Pretty Prizes debuts in what doesn't feel like a particularly compelling race, and she has a couple of interesting works on her page that hint she may be quick enough to be in the picture early.

CROOKED KINGDOM sure does look ready to dominate. He's racing in good form, recording very strong TrackMaster speed figs. An excellent pick. This gelding has been doing work versus some of the most competitive company in this grouping recently. Had one of the best speed figures of the pack in his last race. I'd recommend using in your wagers. RAW SUGAR - Can't gloss over based on TrackMaster speed figs which have been amazing (50 avg) lately. Might be there at a nice price tag. Quite possibly one to keep in your exotics. BETTERBPENNYWISE - Pace rankings fit the bias well here at Monticello Raceway, look for this one to get the score.

BELECHICK sure does look ready to score. Can't gloss over based on TrackMaster SRs which have been top notch (86 avg) lately. Been battling with some tougher customers of late, has a distinct class edge. (Average Rating 84). Many analyzers strongly consider this gelding on the driver/trainer markings alone. MY FRIEND MEL - Had one of the most competitive speed ratings of the pack in his last outing. Must use in your plays. Overall ratings appear formidable. Can't throw out at this point. SPARROW HANOVER - A good play in here as he has one of the highest winning clips in the group as well as solid credentials all around.
