I love the under in the opening Wild Card game.

These teams have already seen each other, and the weather sets up perfectly for an under — windy and rainy conditions in warm weather, which historically suppress passing efficiency and explosive plays.

Carolina scored 31 in the first meeting, but the production was extremely misleading:

TD 1: Pick-6

TD 2: 35-yard TD on 3rd & long (screen)

TD 3: 33-yard TD on 4th down

TD 4: 42-yard TD on 4th down

Every touchdown came via an explosive play with no sustained drive - completely unsustainable.

Outside of those plays, Carolina posted just a 39% success rate, right in line with where Cleveland's offense finished the season.

Early in the year, the Panthers looked like an elite rushing team (top 10 in Rush EPA through Week 9).

Since then, they've fallen to 27th in EPA per rush, a major concern against a Rams defense allowing the 12th-fewest rushing yards.
and Talled to reach i points in lu games this season. Add in the Rams' ability to generate pressure without blitzing and play heavy zone — where Bryce Young struggles - and scoring chances should be limited.

Defensively, Carolina gets healthier with Horn and Moehrig returning after missing the first matchup.

Expect a bend-but-don't-break approach, forcing long, methodical drives. Should be noted that Stafford has struggled facing former Coordinators to the Rams. Evero played Stafford, Love and Purdy well.

Both teams are also strong in the red zone:
