MEGAN'S HONOR - This animal could be tough in today's contest, especially since Quinonez rode in the last race and now should be better acquainted with this one. This gelding won on Aug 5th at a higher class level and the same 6 furlongs distance as today. That 83 fig this gelding earned in his last race tells me he's a chief player this time. BATI KING - Took a big class drop last out, and I think he may have needed it. Arnett enters him at a similar level today. I'd expect an improved performance. ELUSIVE D'ORO - The fact that this gelding is entered right back into a race so quickly means he's fit and ready. UNDALAY - Atop this thoroughbred on Dec 31st and Rodriguez is back again in the irons in this race. I have to like this horse's likelihood of winning at the shorter trip. Took a significant drop in class rating last out at Tampa Bay Downs. Returning to a similar class level in this field. I'd calculate a good performance.

LITIGANT - Don't feel this steed will do much running in today's race. That last speed figure was substandard when compared with today's class rating. TEST PILOT - I find it hard to play any horse in a short distance event if he hasn't finished in the money in a sprint in the last couple of months. Improbable that this animal will finish better than he did last out when ending up eighth. BUSTIN AWAY - Going to have a difficult go of it with all the early foot in this event. Today's affair is 6 furlongs. Hasn't hit the board in a short distance affair in the last 60 days. Not the best of signs. Notched a pedestrian speed fig in the last race in a $10,000 Claiming race on January 3rd. Improbable to see an improved performance off of that figure.
