INSTANT VISION - Looking at today's class figure, this horse is meeting an easier bunch than in the last race at Parx Racing. You probably want to discount that last race at Parx Racing in the mud where she finished out of the money. Should do well in this race without the off-track conditions. This equine is tops in earnings per start. She looks solid in today's clash. LADY CATALINA - This filly is in first-rate condition right now. Finished second in the last race and comes back promptly. Horses that finish 2nd in Maiden races and finish well clear of the third horse are generally good bets next time out. Last race out at Parx Racing this horse finished ahead of today's morning line choice. Potential play if the public follows the morning line odds. A repeat of that recent race on Feb 11th where she notched a speed figure of 46 looks high enough to win in this race.

FIFTH OF MAY - Hasn't been on the Parx Racing oval in the last three weeks. Cause for some concern. 9/5 is not offering enough value for any horse in a sprint of 5 1/2 furlongs that hasn't hit the board in a sprint race lately. Not likely that the speed rating she notched on Feb 11th will be enough in this contest. Didn't come through as the favorite twice. Probably won't gain a score today either. LADY AMELIE - Today's contest is 5 1/2 furlongs. Hasn't hit the board in a sprint race in the last couple months. Not the best of signs. ENGLISH ELSA - No good fortune for this racer in a sprint race over the last couple of months tells me that this filly is in a thorny situation 5/1 is too low of a value to take on most any horse that has run poorly in back to back efforts. This filly probably needs a more preferred pace configuration to make her closing move.

WHITNEY JAYNE - She has been running quite well as of late while recording sharp Equibase speed figs. Could wake up with Lasix change (with second time Lasix) today. WASH MONEY - There is a competitive possibility of an increase in speed as this filly changes blinkers (on) for the first time. Put up a solid Equibase Speed Fig in the latest race. Can run another good one in this affair.

GREAT RUNNER - This gelding likes to sit just off the pace and the way things shape up here, he should get an ideal trip. PASSTHECAT - Wiseman is right back for another race today after riding aboard this equine for the 1st ride on Feb 23rd and ought to know the ropes to this one a little better. A racer coming back this soon after a sharp race is a good omen. That 72 fig this gelding earned in his last race tells me he's a big time player in today's event. STOMPING HOTROD - This gelding has higher odds on the morning line than the other entrant from the stable of Young. Better beware of this angle. Looking like a potential overlay in today's race at morning odds of 5/1. Finished fourth in last race at Will Rogers Downs but was close at the wire.

ETHICAL JUDGEMENT - The Equibase speed figs are going downward. I'm not placing a wager on this vulnerable equine off of that trend. Earned a common speed rating last time around the track in a $10,000 Claiming race on February 17th. Not likely to see an improved performance off of that fig.

SPRING BLAKE - Quite possibly think these two have a good thing going. Crites sending the horse out means a really strong chance to get the victory. Take a look at this horse's average speed ranking of 92 and compare to today's class rating. Looks like a very nice wager.
