FIFTYSHADESOFPINK - Looking at today's class rating, this pony is meeting an easier group than last time out at Tampa Bay Downs. When this jockey and trainer join forces you have to take a look. Gonzalez and Bennett have been terrific together. This filly is in the top spot in earnings per race. Give the once over to this horse before the race. I am keen on that last race on Apr 10th at Tampa Bay Downs where she ran second. JUSTIFIED GIFT - This filly is in fine condition, having run a strong race on Apr 16th, finishing third. This filly has 'tactical' speed, Vasquez will use this advantage by laying in perfect position behind the early pace, and getting first run on the leaders. This filly notched a nice speed rating of 77 in her last race. That speed rating should be good enough to win this time. TAP THIS WAY - Dropping down in class rating points from her March 21st race at Gulfstream Park. Based on that valuable data, I will give this one the advantage. Here is an appropriate handicapping angle that I've used many times before. Play a filly (like this one) getting Lasix for the second time.

TREASURED TIMES - I usually try to beat these types of favorites off the extended vacation. Should be difficult for this horse to beat this group off of that last speed rating. Unlikely to improve enough to run a figure anywhere near today's class figure, so put her on the likely underpriced equines list. BON VIVANT - Finished fifth on April 23rd after the extended rest time. Doubtful if there will be any betterment in this affair. SLICEAWAY - Pedestrian speed rating last out at Gulfstream Park at 1 mile. Don't believe this horse will improve too much in today's race.

MY BLESSING - Running on the grass today, you should review a horse's class. This one has the top number in the bunch. Earnings per start is something that I think can be a most important selection factor. This racer is ranked number one in this group. The addition of the 'shades' should keep her mind on business today. Last raced at Gulfstream Park with a poor post. I swiped some data from The Brain, and his computer says the inside should be a big help to this one today. HURRICANE SEASON - This filly should run better today now that she's back facing here own gender. You always have to be on the prowl for profit making jockey/trainer tandems; we have an instance right here. I believe this horse isn't a natural sprinter. Routing is her best game and those last two sprints should have her set for a big run today. COUNTRY ECONOMICS - Vazquez drops her down to this class. You don't need too much more handicapping information to figure that this horse should have a chance to win at this level. I think this mare is coming into top form. Vazquez brings her right back. I suggest you stay with this strong mare.

FOREVER AGAIN - Awfully tough to bet on this entrant when she hasn't been showing any gumption of late. SAHARA KARA - There's early speed, speed, and more early zip in this event. Doesn't look too good for this horse. I'd like to see better recent efforts with oddsmaker's morning line of 6/1.
