Analysis: Alabama is excellent on defense, allowing just 58/39/28 percent from behind the arc. As such, they would seem to be ideal team to slow down the top three point shooting team in nation who makes 10 of 25 attempts (40%) from behind the arc. As such, it would appear the Tide would be an excellent underdog play, yet they stand 1-1 ATS in that role this season, with the loss coming on their home court as +3 to this very Florida team by a count of 61-52. Now they hook the Gators at the wrong time. Though they didn't break much of a sweat in their win no cover vs Gamecocks on Thursday, Florida clearly has the advantage of 5 days rest and they will be very hungry. They close the season on a 0-3 SUATS slide with losses of 14 at Georgia, 10 at Vandy, and 15 at home to Kentucky, losing by 39 points ATS. As a result, we get this reduced price (remember FL was -3 at Alabama in that victory just three weeks ago), and we get it with a very hungry team.
