As hard as it is to remain doing just 1 Play per day. We are going to stay steadfast to our system and grind out a profit. It is a very long season and I am very confident we will win and come out with a profit. The last few days have sucked and its disheartening. But I also know that I have been doing this long enough that I have faith in my models. We didn't accidentally get 3 straight winning seasons and hit 60% last year out of the blue. It came because we have a system and we will remain faithful to it and we will win. Let's get after it with a win today.

I have Illinois-Chicago as a top 100 team facing a Northern Illinois team who is a top 300 team with a difference of 13 in this game. Illinois-Chicago is a team that has a strong resume coming into to face a Northern Illinois team outside the top 300. This team beat Mercer by 26 points who is a top 125 team, beat Iona by 7 who is a top 105 team and who is a top 120 team when it comes to turnovers in general. Combine that with the fact Northern Illinois is a team whose only win comes against a non-division one school named Judson by a score of 18 points at home. This team won 5 games last year in total and has three freshman leading the way once again. This team recently lost to Loyola-Chicago at home by 7 points who is a top 225 team and now as they face a top 100 team here they likely difference is 13 points. Northern Illinois also lost to Nebraska-Omaha who is a team outside the top 300 at home by a margin of 13 as well. With those stats considered I like Illinois-Chicago to do well here is outside the top 300 in offense and outside the top 250 in turnover percentage as well in the nation.

These two teams met earlier this year and the total was 172. And now, with this being a late game and the total this high as well, I look for this game to likely dip under. NBA Totals are generally inflated to begin with because the public likes overs. That being said, I have this game at 190 today and to get about 6.5 points is not bad. With Sacramento coming off a big win in their last game, I would not be surprised to see their offense slack a bit here. They do have revenge against Minnesota but these two teams are familiar with each other. Minnesota has generally played to the Under as well and with their injuries they have played to the under a bit more on the road as compared to home. The Under is 48-20-1 when the Timberwolves face teams on the road who have who have a winning percentage of less than 40% and the Under is 3-0-1 in the Timberwolves last four road games.Comment
