T.G.I.F. 5* MLB N.L.C.S Championship Series Game 1 Play up tonight Dodgers at Cardinals + Early 5* College Blowout system. Detroit Tigers Won big for us last night. Football ranked at the top of Several Major Leader boards across the country. Big 4 Day Columbus special starts today. Free College Football play below.
On Friday the free College Football Play is on Cincinnati. Game 110 at 8:30 eastern. No specific systems involved in this one. When breaking down the game though we see that Cincy has a defense that is over 260 yards better than Temple and an offense that is 110 yards better, Cincy should win pretty easily here tonight against a winless Temple team that has lost games to Fordham and Idaho, teams that get blown out weekly. The Bear cats should be focused here after losing 2 weeks ago on the road as a double digit favorite to South Florida. Cincy is a much better home team and beat a Purdue team here by 28 that is better than Temple. In last years game Cincy coasted to a 34-10 win at Temple. The Bearcats have covered 4 of the last 5 at home when the total is 49.5 to 56. Look for Cincinnati to win and cover. On Friday we have a Big 5* Side in Game 1 of the National League Championship series And an Early 5* Blowout in an Early College Football game from a 100% System that dates to 1978. Football continues to be ranked at or near the TOP of Several Major leader boards around the country. Starting tonight we have Our 4 Day Columbus Day Special Starting. Jump on and get things started off big. For the free play take Cincinnati tonight. GC
LA Dodgers (Greinke) (-120) at St. Louis (Kelly) 8:35 ET TBS
4* St. Louis (+110)
Greinke clearly has the greater experience and has pitched well the entire season with the Dodgers winning 22 /28 of his starts. Though Puig is given credit for keying the 42-8 mid-season surge, that record also correlates to the time at which Greinke returned from a brief stint on the DL. Before you get too excited about the team with the $220,000,000 payroll, consider that when not playing at an .840 clip during that streak, the Dodgers were 54-63. That includes 23-21 since the end of that blitz. Kelly was a pleasant surprise when inserted in the rotation at mid-season. St. Louis won 11 of his 15 starts. The St. Louis home field has been strong all season with a record of 56-28. But that was even more true down the stretch when the Cards went 22-4 on this field. St. Louis has also saved their best baseball for the end of the season as they enter today on current runs of 31-15 and 19-7. A value based opinion on St. Louis as underdog.
Los Angeles Dodgers vs. St Louis Cardinals (MLB) - 8:30 PM EDT
Premium Pick: Total: 7.0/-115 Over
10-unit Play Take Los Angeles Dodgers/St. Louis Cardinals - OVER (8:35pm EST)
The National League Championship Series gets underway tonight as the St. Louis Cardinals host the Los Angeles Dodgers. I expect plenty of fireworks in this series as we have the two most powerful offenses in the league facing off against one another. Most people immediately think of Clayton Kershaw and Zack Greinke as the anchors for this Dodgers team that won 92 games this season. However, their offense was tops in the NL on a park-adjusted basis and carried them many times throughout the season. They also didn't even have Hanley Ramirez and Yasiel Puig for the first two months of the season, which depressed their overall numbers a bit. Tonight they'll get their whacks against right-hander Joe Kelly. The 25-year old had a decent season but was fortunate to post a 2.69 ERA. Based on his peripheral statistics (WHIP, K/BB rate and GB/FB ratio), Kelly pitched more like a pitcher that should carry an ERA in the low 4's. He also pitched out of the pen for the majority of the season and wasn't a mainstay in the rotation until August. In his only postseason start against the Pirates, Kelly was mediocre at best as he only went 5 1/3 innings while allowing three runs and walking four batters. I would be surprised he pitches any better against a much more dangerous Dodgers lineup. For the Cardinals, they go up against Zack Greinke. He's obviously one of the better pitchers in the game, but he's very average on the road over the last few seasons. In fact, his ERA's on the road over the last four seasons were 3.21, 3.91, 4.70 and 4.06. He is much more comfortable at home, so manager Don Mattingly would probably be better served to have Greinke pitch Game 3 in Los Angeles rather than the opener in St. Louis. I wouldn't be surprised if the Cards give Greinke a hard time in this one and bounce him before he can get through a full six innings. We should see plenty of runs from both teams here today in Game One, so we're on the Over as our 10-unit Game.
