If you take a look at these two teams, you will notice that Iona lost to Quinnipac in overtime last year. Quinnipac beat this team 98-82 on the road lats year and defeated this team in overtime and this is a big revenge game for Iona as they look to return the favor. Iona is a small underdog here but note that there is a reason why they are placed at a small dog price as they can very well go on the road and beat Qunnipac outright. This is a good public fade to boot as well. Note, that Iona is a top 125 team in my books and as they face Qunnipac, they are noted as a top 175 team and I have Iona winning this game Outright by a bucket. This will be a difficult contest to win but then again, we always love underdogs that can win Outright and with the motivation of wanting to return the favor and beating this team this year from losing to them last year, this team will certainly be motivated for this contest. It's a good public fade and catching the 3 points will be beneficial as well as it has all the elements that we look for - motivated team, better in the power rankings based on our models and a good public fade to boot as well.

So Chris Paul is out for a few weeks. Does this team hang their heads or do they step up? With Doc Rivers in charge, and with Paul not necessarily suffering a Derek Rose type of injury and out for the entire year, look for the Clippers to make the necessary changes at home today after a terrible performance against the Spurs.. And, that performance was not all this team's fault as the Spurs were coming off a terrible game against the Knicks so they too were looking to bounce-back and it made the Clippers look all in all terrible as it was in their first game without Paul to boot.. The Clippers have always done well off of a loss, this is a good public fade as the public is consistently on the underdog here in the Magic picking up the points driving the price down and even without Paul, the differential for this contest lies at about 10 points here as we have it. Note, that Orlando beat this team in November by 8 points 98-90 to boot as well so this is a revenge game for the Clippers in addition to being a bounce-back as well. Orlando does come off a bad loss to Miami which made me hesitate into making this a larger selection, but Orlando has also lost 3 straight covers, the Clippers and Orlando have traded covers the last 4 times they have played, and as the Clippers come off a 24 point loss on the season (one of their worst losses of the year), in addition to revenge, returning home and getting their feet wet with one game without Chris Paul, look for them to bounce-back in a positive fashion this evening against the Magic.
