Rider hasn't had much success against Fairfield in recent years, but this year the Broncs are going
to get some favorable results against a bad Stags team. Ride sits 131 slots higher up in the RPI
compared to Fairfield, and scoring 15 points more per game, this line is validated. Fairfield haven't
scored over 60 points in each of their last four games, and if they do that tonight against the
Broncs, they are going to get run out of the gym. The Stags are 1-11 away from home this
season, and in this one it will be a one-sided victory for the home team. Lay the number with
Rider.

3-Unit Play. Take #714 New Orleans (+3.5) over San Antonio (8 p.m., Monday, February 3)
This Spurs team is severely banged up and they are not playing extremely well due to all the
injuries. The Pelicans meanwhile are actually playing good basketball winning four of their last five
games overall. San Antonio is in an awful ATS streak both overall (0-4) and versus the Western
Conference (0-6). New Orleans is just the opposite as they are 4-0 ATS in their last four games
versus the NBA's Southwest Division and 5-1 ATS in their last six home games playing versus a
team with a winning home record. Take the home dog in this one as I wouldn't be surprised to see
New Orleans win this game outright.

These have been 2 of the more surprising teams in the Big East. Villanova remains tied with
Creighton in the loss column for the league’s best record. For the year, the Wildcats have lost to
only the Blue Jays and undefeated Syracuse. They cruised by Big 5 foe Temple on Saturday night
to enter this contest at 19-2 SU. But, must favor Xavier in this contest after they slipped on their
home court Saturday afternoon against rapidly improving Seton Hall. Nonetheless, the Muskies
have just 3 losses in league play and have played great ball on the road with a 3-1 ATS mark,
including outright wins at Alabama and DePaul and a narrow 6 point loss at league leader
Creighton.

Just have to take a shot at one of the biggest spreads in the NBA this season. This is a ton of
points in a professional game, and we expect the Magic to play with some pride in this one and
cover this monster number. And we can still cash this ticket even if Indiana wins in a blowout
because of this line. The Magic are actually 4-3 ATS as a favorite of 11 or more points this
season, which is about the only variable that they have a winning success rate at this season.
The Pacers have not been great in this situation with a 5-7 ATS record as a similar favorite. The
Magic are also 6-4 ATS on the road against winning teams. The Pacers have covered only one of
their last six games and have not been playing their best basketball of late.

4-Unit Play #711 Take Memphis +8.5 over Oklahoma City (8 p.m. EST, Monday)
The Thunder have been playing some great basketball, and the massive hype they have been
getting from the media is much deserved. However, their lines are starting to get out of control,
and we think this is an extremely public line. Memphis has been very impressive lately too, and
they are way more under the radar than the Thunder are right now. The Grizzlies are 11-1 in their
last 12 games, and they really are playing like one of the best teams in the league right now.
Their defense has been incredible, and with the Pacers lapsing in that area right now it is safe to
say that the Grizzlies are playing the best defense in the league right now. They have also
covered in six of their last seven meetings in this series, so we are pretty sure they come to play
tonight with the intention of trying to win this game straight out.

The Thunder are back home after a 3-game road trip, and will be looking forward to going to battle against this team, who will be short-handed again tonight. These teams have split the first two meetings this season, with Memphis winning the last by a slim 3-point margin. The Thunder have been dominant at home, and will have revenge on their minds against the Grizzlies, who will be without Conley and his 18 points per game. Oklahoma City always kicks it up a notch at home, and especially against a team that stole one from them. I think the loss of Conley is huge, and the Thunder roll. Lay the points.
