OC Dooley:“2 UNIT” LATE NIGHT NBA SYSTEM SIDE (Nets -2’ at Lakers in a 9:05 eastern tipoff): This is one of those wagers where I feel the ODDSMAKERS have made a major statement casting the Nets as a road favorite even though the franchise is 0-11 in the past eleven clashes in this series versus the Lakers. Of course during that eleven game span Los Angeles had the services of the currently injured Kobe Bryant which changes the dynamic. Brooklyn veteran guard Deron Williams missed the initial clash against the Lakers this season due to injury but he IS available as he attempts to end an “0-18” streak as a starters against Kobe Bryant’s squad which includes eight different playoff games. My research indicates that in the past two years when playing “six or less” times in a two-week span Brooklyn has gone an outstanding 12-2 ATS/ROAD. That statistic just happens to agree with a 72-PERCENT SYSTEM (41-16 since 1996 with a money line between +3/-3) which plays ON extremely “well rested” teams like Brooklyn revenging a home loss versus an opponent as a favorite, taking the court “three or less” times in a 10-day spanComment
