Elite match up in the Big 10 semifinals as Wisconsin tries to earn a possible number one NCAA seed, but Michigan State has other ideas today in Indianapolis. We have lost some value here as this game opened at a PK and has quickly moved to Sparty -2, but we are firing away with a rejuvenated, healthy Spartan squad that easily dispatched Northwestern in the quarterfinal round. Wisconsin was also impressive in the quarters with a 26-point win over Minnesota. These teams only played once this season with the Badgers squeaking out a 2-point home victory on February 9th. Even though the Badgers won that game, an interesting trend in this series is that Sparty is a perfect 6-0 against the number vs. the Badgers over the last 3 seasons. These teams are both obviously going to defend you hard and run great half-court offense, but we think the difference in the game today is the fact the Spartans are finally healthy and cohesive again, and we expect Payne to be a real difference maker today for MSU. This should be a great game, but the line movement early suggests to us thast there is some money flowing in on Sparty. We like that, so the Sharps say...
