CINCINNATI (-6) over Cleveland
8:25 p.m. ET
The Browns have been one of the surprise stories in the NFL this season, but we think their best football is behind them. This is a true step-up game for Cleveland as they have played the three worst teams in the league the last three weeks — Jacksonville, Oakland and Tampa Bay — going 2-1 SU and 1-2 ATS, while getting outgained in each contest. In fact, the Browns have built their 5-3 record against a schedule that has included just one team with a winning record. Cinci is 14-6 ATS in its last 20 home games — including 3-1 this season — and get the easy win in front of a frenzied crowd in The Jungle.

4 Unit Play. #110/#512 Take Cincinnati Bengals -6.5 over Cleveland Browns (Thursday, 8:25 pmNFL Network) The Browns are 5-3 on the season but that is a bit of fools gold as they have played an easy schedule of late. Their last three games have come against Oakland, Tampa Bay, and Jacksonville, a game they lost by 18 points on the road. The Browns have not won a division road game since 2009 losing 15 straight games. The Bengals are 13-0 at home (1 push) in the regular season dating back to 2012 and they are also an impressive 11-1 ATS (1 push). I just do not believe that Cleveland is in the same class as Cincinnati and getting this number is too good to pass up.
