The Spurs are a very efficient team like Golden State, and those teams are bad matchups for the Nuggets.
Denver is playing their fourth game in five nights here. The Spurs are 9-0 ATS (8.72 ppg) since Feb 24, 2010 when their opponent is playing their fourth game in five days.

My spreadsheet has SDSU winning this game by a final score of 59-55. The key components in this matchup are: home court advantage & recent history
These two teams have already played once this season at San Diego State where the Aztecs defeated Air Force by a final score of 53-49. As you can tell from my spreadsheet prediction, I don’t see this game being much different. Air Force is at home and they have played much better at home than they have on the road. Neither of these teams are offensive juggernauts and SDSU holds a decisive advantage on the defensive end. Having said that, the Aztecs are just 1-3 in true road games and this is a game they will have some problems getting up for. They lost on the road to Fresno State which is ranked very similar to Air Force. However, they beat Wyoming on the road by 8 points and Wyoming is a top 100 team. The Aztecs have talent and a very good coach but motivation will be tough to find tonight for Steve Fisher’s group. I like the Air Force Academy at home taking the points.
