8-Unit Play. #712. Take Brooklyn -5 over Washington (Friday @ 7:35pm est) We roll with a big step-out for us today as we look to move to a perfect 4-0 with 8-unit step-out selections and we look to do it in a big way on Friday Night as we aim for 4 straight NBA Winners, duplicate last season’s 56-37 (62%) for +9350 Run, continue the amazing March Madness Overall Record of 15-4-1 (+7300) and build off that and of course have that same exact run in the NBA which we are more than capable of. As per this contest, there are a lot of foundational items that we like here for a Brooklyn blowout. The first of which is Brooklyn has massive revenge against Washington from an earlier season loss this year 114-77. Normally NBA teams try to have short memories as its not like college as you face your opponent, especially an in-conference opponent multiple times a year but the fact that this team lost by 37 points to this squad has to irk the Nets in a big way as they host them on Friday Evening. Plus, the Nets played very well against the Hawks at home recently and lost but that is not entirely due to their fault as many expected them to do well as they were indeed the favorites going into that game as the Hawks were out some key players. But teams have a way of coming together and the Hawks did so its hard to fault the Nets for the loss. This is a Nets team that has now won 7 of their last 10 games including beating Portland, Toronto and Cleveland in that stretch and they have avoided losing back to back games for quite some time as well. Sure Washington comes off a big win but they are in a let down spot after winning by a wide margin against Philadelphia. A let down spot for Washington, revenge for Brooklyn, Brooklyn off a loss, a fantastic public fade who is on the underdog here which is a bit rare, Nets playing much better than their current power ranking, Wizards 5-14 ATS in their last 19 road games and Nets 4-1-1 ATS in their last 6 games makes a nice spot here for the Nets to do well.

4-Unit Play. Take #908 Atlanta +100 over NY Mets (Friday, April 10th at 7:35 p.m.) Atlanta opened up the season with a sweep of the Marlins in Miami. They won two low scoing games and they exploded for 12 runs in the second game of the series. There is something really appealing about this Braves’ team. They play with grit and determination and they are out to prove all of the pundits wrong. A lot is being made of the Mets winning two of three from the Nationals but the truth is: Washington is banged up and they are missing several starters. Having said that, the Mets are bring some momentum into this series but they are in for a rude awakening. The Braves are playing with extreme confidence and they will make a statement in their home opener. Stults is a good, solid pitcher and he makes his debut for the Braves tonight. I look for a very composed outing from Stults and the offense of the Braves will find a way to score enough runs to win their home opener. Take Atlanta.
